Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a part, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the part must be:

• Unused and in its original packaging
• In resellable condition with labels and tags intact
• Accompanied by the original order number

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Electrical components (once removed from packaging)
• Special-order or custom-ordered parts
• Parts that have been installed, used, or modified
• Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

How to Return a Part

1. Email parts@powersportsempire.com with your order number and the reason for your return
2. We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number
3. Pack the part securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided
4. Include the return authorization number on the outside of the package

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong part or need a different part number, contact us and we will help you arrange an exchange. We will ship the replacement part as soon as we receive the original item back (or sooner, depending on the situation).

Wrong or Defective Parts

If you received the wrong part or a defective part, contact us immediately. We will arrange a prepaid return label and ship the correct part at no cost to you. Defective parts are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong part shipped) or a defective item. In those cases, we provide a prepaid return label.
